Primm Valley Golf Club Case Study
Throughout the years the Tom Fazzio designed Primm Valley Golf Club had earned every bit of their 4 ½ star ranking by Golf Digest. The two distinct courses, lake and desert, are perfectly situated to provide a feeling of total seclusion.
Despite all of its positive accolades and spectacular reputation, the facility was struggling. The reasons for this struggle are simple. In a short period of time the property had changed hands more than once, and more importantly the golf club was not the main focus of the business. Each new owner’s primary focus and expertise was elsewhere and the golf club was secondary. With owners who set up to run one side of the business very well, and not experienced in the other, problems arose on the course.
Elite Golf approached Primm Valley and laid out their plan to not only overcome the drop in traffic brought on by the recent economic downturn, but also specific solutions to the areas of the business which could result in significantly increased revenues.
