The Elite Golf Management Team is well versed in all aspects of golf and facility management. Each team member brings valuable perspective and an individual knowledge base that has contributed to our advancement as a multicourse operator. Our Executive Team has been with us from our humble beginnings, as have many of our key employees positioned at our various facilities.

Cathy Robinson | Chief Financial Officer
Our CFO, Cathy Robinson is a former banker with over 30 years of experience in the banking industry including various positions within the accounting department including the CFO position at two community banks within the California and Nevada market. In 2009, Cathy made the decision to leave banking and had the opportunity to assist in the startup of Elite Golf Management and has since been instrumental in structuring the accounting department, allowing Elite Golf to grow from managing one facility to managing eleven facilities over the past nine years. The experience and industry knowledge she has gained over the past several years will be highly beneficial to the growth of Elite Golf.
Derrick Hunter, PGA | Vice President of Operations
Derrick brings a wealth of experience both as a player and as an exceptional Golf Professional and that is why he would be the first employee hired by Elite Golf Management back in 2009. An honors graduate of New Mexico State University, Class-A member of the PGA, and a winner of golf events throughout New Mexico and Nevada, Derrick earned the respect of Elite Golf founder, Keith Flatt, while working at one of Las Vegas’ most prestigious country clubs. Since that time, he has been an invaluable member of the Elite golf management team and instrumental in the success of our facilities. Derrick has helped implement the mission and vision at each facility ensuring their success and the future of Elite Golf.
Matt Utter | Director of Golf Sales
Matt’s knowledge and experience in all facets of the golf industry began with a graduate program internship in California with American Golf Corporation where he worked for five years alongside some of the best in the business. The accolades he receives from both new and repeat customers alike are a testament to his professionalism. From small group outings to large corporate events, Matt has the skill and expertise to deliver a phenomenal experience to each client.
