• Implement standards and operational controls

  • Implement cash handling procedures.
  • Conduct inventory and operational audits.
  • Implement and oversee facility POS system.

• Financial reporting and auditing

  • Report on facility status monthly, quarterly, yearly or as needed at the owner's discretion.
  • Audit each line item to make sure that expenses are in line.
  • Develop customized reports to analyze data and improve efficiencies at the club.

• Budgeting and cash flow

  • Develop, oversee, track, and maintain an operational budget as approved by the owner.
  • Track, maintain and operate within the club's cash flow.

• Banking

  • Oversee cash and credit card deposits.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.

• Accounts receivable

  • Invoice, track and collect all accounts receivables related to the facility.

• Accounts payable

  • Code, track and pay all accounts payable related to the facility.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with facility vendors.

• Insurance

  • Work with owners to develop and maintain insurance requirements for the facility.

• License, permits and reporting

  • Work with local, state and federal agencies to keep the facility up to date on all licenses and permits.
  • Create, track and report on all local, state and federal reporting requirements.
