Keith Flatt – Founder & CEO

Keith Flatt didn’t just learn the golf business — he lived every side of it.

He started swinging a club at age 12 in Azle, Texas, became one of the state’s top amateurs, then took a one-way ticket to Las Vegas after a gambler saw him shoot a course record and offered him a spot in golf’s biggest-money games. For years Keith competed against the best players in the world in high-stakes matches — experiences that later inspired the 2015 film The Squeeze.

When the playing days wound down, Keith turned to the operational side with the same intensity. He caddied on the PGA Tour (standing on the bag when Scott Piercy won $2 million in the Ultimate Game), served as Head Professional at Los Prados, built the renowned Keith Flatt Golf Academy at Silverstone and later the Callaway Golf Center, and designed and managed courses from Texas to North Carolina.

As an owner, he bought, turned around, and profitably sold facilities — while growing painfully familiar with management companies that overpromised and underdelivered.

In 2009 he co-founded Par 4 Golf Management and scaled it from one course to eight in five years. In 2016 he launched Elite Golf Management with a single conviction: Exceptional product + outstanding service + great value = lasting profitability.

Today, as sole owner and CEO, Keith personally oversees a portfolio of 10 facilities across five states. He still walks every property, still demands fast greens and friendly faces, and still measures success the same way he did on those Vegas money matches — by results, not excuses.

Keith Flatt doesn’t just manage golf courses.
He builds them into thriving businesses — because he’s already done it as a player, teacher, designer, owner, and turnaround specialist.

Elite Golf Management is the company he wished existed when he was on the other side of the table.
