Primm Valley Golf Club
Nipton ,California
36 holes, designed by Tom Fazio
With the recent economic downturn, the high cost of play and the facility’s remote location, Primm Valley Golf club saw a sizeable decrease in its number of rounds. Years of significant losses at the course left the owner faced with the option of either closing or selling the course. Elite Golf immediately adjusted the business plan and marketing strategy to draw tourists while motivating local golfers to make the 45 minute drive. Elite Golf also found methods of improving operations that resulted in substantially lower maintenance and payroll costs. These changes considerably reduced expenses and increased play by approximately 20,000 rounds in less than one year.
