Elite Golf takes great pride in the maintenance of our golf course properties and clubhouse landscaping.  We believe in providing a well maintained product and our experience shows us that a well maintained course and clubhouse surrounds will lead to an increase in customers and loyalty.  A well maintained landscape whether it be a golf course or facility landscape is and always will be the top priority at an Elite Golf facility.

Landscape and Maintenance Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain the golf course, course assets and clubhouse surrounds in accordance to the standards set forth by Elite Golf and facility ownership.
• Operate under environmentally safe conditions and within city, state and federal regulations.
• Oversee daily, monthly and yearly maintenance practices to include fertilization, aerification, overseed and general maintenance programs.
• Operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment.
• Implement standards and operational controls.
• Design and maintain all landscaped areas.

The Elite Golf Standards

The quality of landscape and maintenance is of extreme importance for the success of a any facility.  Elite Golf has developed general maintenance guidelines that each superintendent uses to create the Elite Golf product. These specifications ensure that Elite Golf facilities have a consistent presentation.  Specifications include but are not limited to:

• Fertilization Practices
• Weed Control
• Staffing
• Aerification Dates & Procedures
• Daily Preparation
