• Lesley Bowman | Chief Financial Officer

  Lesley, a Certified Public Accountant with 19 years of experience in accounting, joined Elite Golf Management in July 2023. Her career began in the golf industry at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort, where she gained foundational expertise in golf-specific financial operations. She later advanced to roles at ClubCorp and Kemper Sports, leading accounting departments for multiple golf facilities and overseeing their financial management. Lesley further sharpened her skills as Director of Accounting for Wyndham Consumer Finance, a position she held for seven years. At Elite Golf, she actively manages accounting for each facility, directing the accounting team in areas such as cash positions, payables, payroll, financial preparation, and reporting. Lesley maintains regular communication with general managers and on-site teams to ensure seamless, compliant financial practices, supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable profitability.

• Derrick Hunter, PGA | Vice President of Operations

  Derrick, a PGA Professional with over 25 years of experience in the golf industry, has been a cornerstone of Elite Golf Management, LLC since its founding in 2009. Under the ownership and vision of Keith Flatt, Derrick oversees on-site management of each facility, ensuring the company’s high standards are met. He collaborates closely with general managers and superintendents to implement Keith’s strategic direction, driving operational excellence and financial success across our portfolio. Derrick conducts regular property visits to assess course conditions, guest services, and overall performance, ensuring alignment with Elite Golf’s commitment to quality. Additionally, he leads the transition team, overseeing the hiring and training of staff to adhere to Elite Golf’s policies and procedures, fostering a consistent, guest-focused experience at every facility.

• Dustin Flatt | Director of Golf Operations

  Dustin, a seasoned golf industry professional, has served Elite Golf for over 12 years, bringing extensive operational expertise to our 10 facilities. He has held general manager positions at key properties, including Primm Valley Golf Club and Badlands Golf Club, and now serves as the Director of Golf Operations. In this role, Dustin helps to oversee our facilities, conducting regular visits to ensure operational uniformity, address inconsistencies, and uphold Elite Golf’s high standards for course conditions and guest experiences. Dustin also plays a critical role in facility transitions, leading efforts to recruit and train staff in alignment with Elite Golf’s policies and procedures. His hands-on approach and commitment to operational excellence drive consistent quality and sustainable success across our portfolio, delivering exceptional value to our partners.

• Matt Utter | Director of Golf Sales

  Matt Utter turns golf outings into unforgettable events and repeat business. With over a two decades of experience, Matt got his start in the industry through a graduate program internship with American Golf Corporation in California, spending five years learning from some of the sharpest minds in public golf. Today, he leads tournament sales across the entire Elite Golf portfolio — from 20-player charity scrambles to 300-player corporate blowouts. Matt doesn’t just book events. He designs them. From the first inquiry to the final leaderboard, he handles every detail: custom packages, dynamic pricing, food & beverage coordination, on-course contests, and seamless day-of execution. His clients keep coming back because Matt delivers the perfect mix of fun, competition, and hassle-free operations.

• Stephen Roberson | Senior Accountant

  Stephen, a senior accountant, joined Elite Golf to support Lesley in delivering robust financial oversight for our 10 golf facilities. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in accounting, Stephen brings seven years of professional experience to his role. His expertise spans critical functions, including accounts payable, payroll processing, cash flow management, monthly financial statement preparation, and various other accounting tasks essential to operational success. Working closely with Lesley, Stephen ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, contributing to Elite Golf’s track record of financial improvement. He collaborates with general managers and corporate staff to maintain compliant, efficient accounting practices, streamlining processes to support the scalability of our portfolio. Stephen’s attention to detail and proactive approach enhance our ability to deliver sustainable profitability and exceptional value to our partners, aligning with Elite Golf’s commitment to operational excellence.

• Courtney Crabtree | Senior Accountant

  Courtney brings over 15 years of specialized experience in golf management accounting to Elite Golf enhancing our financial operations across 10 facilities. Her career began with Walters Golf Group, where she supported accounting for three golf courses in the Las Vegas Valley, developing expertise in golf-specific financial processes. She later joined Par 4 Golf Management’s accounting department, managing financial operations for six golf facilities and contributing to their fiscal stability. With a strong focus on profit margin analytics, Courtney has played a pivotal role in driving company growth through strategic cost and sales analysis and implementing net profit-building practices. At Elite Golf, she collaborates with the accounting team to optimize financial performance. Her analytical expertise and proactive approach strengthen our ability to deliver sustainable profitability and exceptional value to our partners.
